Dovari is a software service for managing Facebook Pages and related communication workflows. This policy explains what information the service may process and how it is used.
We use this information only to provide the features requested by the account owner, such as page management, comment replies, subscriber synchronization, messaging, webhook processing, reporting and application troubleshooting.
When you connect Facebook, the service uses the permissions granted through Meta's authorization flow. We do not sell Facebook user data. We do not use Facebook data for unrelated advertising or profiling. Access tokens are used only to perform actions for the connected account or Page.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored information. Access tokens and application credentials should be treated as confidential. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own accounts and credentials.
We retain information only as needed to provide the service, maintain security, keep operational records or satisfy legal obligations. You can request deletion of eligible account data using our Data Deletion page.
The service integrates with Meta/Facebook platform services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to data handled by their platform.
